The sessions will be conducted by Speaker : Stephanie Lai of AlphaConnect Plus Sdn. Bhd. For nearly 13 years now, MasterClass Trainer and Sucess Coach, Stephanie Lai, is driven by her passion to motivate people to see reality more clearly and to gain better control, both in their personal and professional lives. This is a full day event designed with highly interactive, experiential, informative and fun training to prepare students for the real world.

This workshop promises to provide all participants with personal impact and motivational leadership skills. It helps develop the art of influencing people to strive willingly and enthusiastically towards the achievement of common goals. Furthermore, it allows participants to be conversant with the subtle techniques of self-management as well as to flourish as a leader.
Besides that, this workshop guarantees to equip participants with effective communication skills and presentation skills. It cover aspects of verbal, non-verbal and visual communications. Participants would be learning and mastering new techniques for rapport building, active listening and leading discussions. Last but not least, it also unveils the secret to delivering successful and impact-full presentations.
